I am a metal artist best known for my aluminum and copper wire trees that are mounted bonsai pots that is then coated in multiple layers of super high gloss paint. My one-of-a-kind, hand-made artworks aspire to evoke the wonders of nature. In my trees – made with different gauges of electrical copper wire and aluminum wire– I aim to create the sensual, delicate, yet strong and dynamic curves that mirror the image of Mother Nature’s own creations. While making my sculptures made from scrap metal, it has allowed me experiment with new techniques, materials, and textures.
